Privacy at DEE
Your information has a clear purpose.
This policy explains what DEE collects, why it is needed, which service providers help us operate, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how DEE Strategic Solutions LLC (“DEE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use DEEBid.com, request a call, use the Jenny chat feature, create an account, purchase or use a membership, or contact us.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and business information: company name, name, email address, phone number, specialty or service category, operating state, and information you choose to provide.
- Account information: email-based user ID, authentication records, session information, and profile preferences. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to DEE staff.
- Membership and transaction information: selected plan, subscription status, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, billing dates, and payment status. Stripe processes payment-card and bank details; DEE does not store full card or bank-account numbers on DEEBid.com.
- Communications: call requests, contact consent, support emails, chat questions, and follow-up notes.
- Technical information: basic device, browser, security, request, and usage information created when you use the website.
3. How we use information
DEE uses information to provide and personalize services, match opportunities to a business profile, create and secure accounts, confirm membership status, process support requests, respond to questions, arrange requested follow-up, send service and billing notices, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain records, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Calls, texts, and email
When you check a contact-consent box, you authorize DEE to follow up by phone, text, or email about your request and DEE’s government-contracting services. Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an unsubscribe method in a marketing email, or contacting us.
DEE may still send nonmarketing messages needed to operate your account or membership, such as security, payment, renewal, access, or support notices.
5. When information is shared
DEE shares information only as reasonably needed with service providers that help operate the business, such as Stripe for payment and billing, authentication and database providers for account access and records, hosting and security providers, and communication or notification providers. These providers may process information under their own contracts and privacy terms.
DEE may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the website, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transaction where legally permitted. DEE does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies and session technology
DEEBid.com uses cookies or similar technology needed for secure login sessions, account features, fraud prevention, and core website operation. You may limit cookies through your browser, but account and member features may not work correctly without essential cookies.
7. Data retention
DEE retains information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining transaction and consent records, resolving disputes, protecting security, and meeting legal or accounting requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified when reasonably practicable.
8. Security
DEE uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed for the type of information it handles, including restricted member access and secure service providers. No website or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Never email DEE your password, full payment-card number, or bank credentials.
9. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to identity verification and applicable record-retention requirements. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. You may also withdraw follow-up consent or opt out of marketing communications without affecting transactional membership notices.
Send privacy requests to deestrategicsolutions@deebid.com. For account or billing assistance, contact help@deebid.com.
10. Children
DEEBid.com is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. DEE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
DEE may update this policy when its services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published, and material changes will be communicated when required by law.
